Very nice stay, great space and very clean, well kept.

Cabin was clean and everything In working order.

The cabin was great there were a few things that weren’t great but that was small and not of very importance. The hot tub was the best part especially went the temperature dropped at night.

Amazing! Everything was perfect for us right up to battery issues with our vehicle on the last night of our stay. Summit rentals went above and beyond to lend a hand with whatever we needed. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic time in Pigeon Forge. The cabin (Holy Smoky) was perfect! It was relaxing and peaceful for morning coffee on the deck. The family especially liked having the air hockey table. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to be able to have breakfast in each morning, and we decided to eat dinner in once also. (The only thing we couldn't find was salt) Communication was excellent, and the Explorie Adventure pass was a nice perk - we used it for Dollywood for 2 days and the Lumberjack Feud Show.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and the scenery was amazing!

Overall the stay was very good. Did have some A/C issue but was resolved quickly. Didn’t realize how high up in the mountains it was and was a little scary but once getting use to it wasn’t terrible.

Tammy was extremely helpful, she always answered our questions!

Wonderful Communication clean place awesome

Our only complaint was the super small showers. It was perfectly fine for the kiddos (8 and 10 year olds) but so good for the adults. Also, lighting could be a little better - especially in the bath room. We loved the deck and the hot tub! Beds were comfy and the living room was warm and welcoming. Kids had so much fun with the air hockey table. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Thank you for wonderful stay!

Cabin was very clean and home feeling. The only negative about the accommodations is the size if the shower stalls in all the bathrooms. Too small.

Beautiful views; clean cabin; wonderful hot tub; only update that needs to be done is more kitchen supplies, but easy fix. We had a great stay!

Everything was great, my only concern was the couches. The wood is poking out of it on the top part and the bottom as well. We had our 3 children with us and we had to be constantly on them to make sure they wouldn’t get hurt.

Another wonderful stay! This is the 5th summer my family and I have rented from Summit Cabin Rentals and we are never disappointed. Amazing view from this cabin and I will keep returning as often as I can!

The cabin was great! The road getting to the cabin was horrible, I suggest driving an SUV, Jeep or truck! Will definitely stay there again, we will just drive a different vehicle!

Overall, everything was great. One small thing was that the well pump was located under the bedroom and the noise from it would keep us awake sometimes.

This cabin was wonderful for our family. It was very private and offered a relaxing atmosphere. The hot tub was wonderful and the cabin was very spacious, offering rooms and bathrooms for all of our children. We never felt like we were squished. The staff was also wonderful to work with. The drive was steep, so if you are uncomfortable with mountain driving, this is not the cabin for you. Also, the iron did not work properly, so that it made it tough for our dinner reservations. Overall, this cabin was wonderful and we will be staying here again. It truly was a home away from home.

The cabin is beautiful and we had a wonderful time. It would be helpful to have a broom or sweeper because we had children with us and it was hard to clean up after meals without it. But otherwise it was perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as represented on the website and was very nice. The location is central to so many attractions. The reservation staff were all so pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing vacation. We enjoyed our cabin very much.m and our view was amazing. I didn\'t realize how high up we were staying so the first drive up to our cabin was a little stressful. Definitely would come back here the whole family had an amazing time. And the free tickets for so many activities in pigeon forge and gatlinburg was a great deal too.

Amazing cabin, very clean, comfortable beds. incredible view, awesome fireplace, i could go on and on, and of course renting from Summit Cabin rental is always top notch , They are the only rental company we deal with after several experiences in the past with other companies, We just found Summit to be friendly, helpful and mixed in with true southern hospitality . The road up to the cabin is a little dicey lol, if you are not familiar with mountain roads but the fear is worth it when you get there and see that cabin and view, We called it Holy Smoky cabin on Holy S^%t road hahaha but we are from florida so any hill over 3 ft with a ditch on the side is consider big .There were several pieces of furniture that needed some repair and for sure a new couch is needed, but even with the furniture issues, i would go back tomorrow. Holy Smoky is an amazing cabin, The only bad day we had was the one we had to pack and leave, Hope to book this cabin again very soon,

Beautiful Cabin, plenty of room for family of 5

We loved the cabin. It was clean, spacious and had breathtaking views. It slept our family of 7 comfortably, and was centrally located near Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Wears Valley. We did have a bear visit us one night while we were asleep, and the kids thought it was great. The beds were comfortable (the couch was not), the utensils and dishes were plentiful, although the non-stick pans were useless (We bought or own at kroger in town). The hot tub and deck were great for relaxing after a long day of hiking and driving in the GSM. GPS takes you right to the front door after clearing the security gate. You are about 20-30 mins from actual civilization, and we thought it to be a great benefit. I\'d recommend Cades Cove, Wears Valley Horesback riding and Dollywood Splash park (kids 3, 5, 6 loved it). We will be back. The couch issue and the frying pan issue were minor, but if repaired/replaced. I would give 5 stars.

Beautiful location and a perfect cabin for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Overall the stay was very comforting. Would have loved it more if they would have provided some coffee powder and creamer at-least for the 1 st morning.

We had a great stay at Holy Smoky. The cabin was clean, and spacious. The location was perfect, away from the crowds but close enough to have easy access to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. There is a great little grocery store just down the road with great sandwiches and supplies. Would definitely stay again.

The house was even more beautiful than we expected. It had an amazing view especially as the sun was setting with the mountains in the background. We had a great time on our stay even thought the weather was not always on our side, but nevertheless we didn't let the weather dampen our mood. We had a great time and we thank you for allowing us to stay there. There are only two things that I can think to take note of. There was no vacuum cleaner and the trash receptacle was awfully small. Throughout the week we had chips and what not fall on the carpet and it was difficult to clean up. Also the after a few days the trash receptacle was full so we had to dispose of our trash in a dumpster in town. Other than that we had a great time and wish all future guests to have as good of time as we did. Thank you again for letting us rent your cabin!

The cabin is everything the description and pictures portrayed online...could not have been more pleased!
