This cabin was very clean and comfortable. It is sitting in a very quiet relaxing area which has a gate with a security guard. The hot tub was clean and perfect for relaxing. We stayed here to celebrate our 30th anniversary and just relax and this cabin definitely provided that. It is definitely one of the better cabins we have stayed in.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hideaway cabin. The cabin was enough space for our family of 5. We especially enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. It would be nice if there was more space in the bathrooms to set stuff and hooks for hand towels. We enjoyed using the kitchen to make breakfast each morning. A few more kitchen items would improve the stay (cookie sheet, a good nonstick frying pan and cutting board). The cabin was clean and well kept up. The washer and dryer worked well and that was useful to have in the cabin. We did need to take care of a few wasps while there. I don\'t know where they were coming in at, but I did get stung by one. The only other suggestion would be a flashlight in case of power outage. On our last night there was a bad storm and the power was out. There were many positives about the cabin and we did really enjoy our stay. It was nice to know we were in a gated area and the guard at the gate was always friendly and happy to answer any questions we had about the area. The Adventure Pass was wonderful. This was easy to use and a great benefit!

Fantastic cabin. We will be back on our next trip to the Smokies.

Absolutely beautiful cabin!! Not too far from town but far enough to enjoy the peace and beauty of the mountain seclusion!

Schank Family (Tullahoma, TN) - 06/25/2017   5/55/55/55/55/5

This was our first trip to the mountains and staying in a cabin. The cabin (The Hideaway) was beautiful, we felt right at home. We made some great memories and had so much fun. I will not go through Red Awning to book again though, cost more and they didn\'t appear very professional, I never received my contract from them to sign, but yet Summit had it as signed. I will go directly through Summit when we return. We also loved the gated community guards, they were very friendly and informative. Thank You

This cabin was perfect for our stay. Very spacious and clean. Everything we needed for a short weekend trip. Would definitely stay again. Summit Cabins was also very easy to deal with and I was always able to speak to a real person when I called for information about my reservation. My only complaint about my experience is when going through the gate for the first time, the guard told me to turn to the right to get to my cabin which was a VERY steep incline and parts where it looked as if the road had washed out (it had rained earlier in the day). Come to find out the next day, if he had told us to go straight instead of turning right, it took us to our cabin a much easier way.

Audrey Bohannon (Shacklefords , VA) - 04/26/2017   5/55/55/55/55/5

Very clean and nice. Summit was very hassle free. However the cabin could have had a better selection of cooking pots and pans. See you next year hopefully. Bohannon's

We absolutely loved our stay at The Hideaway. It was a beautiful cabin and very cozy. This was our first family vacation with our 16 month old and we had a great time. The cabin had everything we needed for a wonderful little getaway. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Thank you for sharing your cabin with us, Crystal that I made the reservations with was great to work with and appreciated how helpful she was with everything for beginning and up til the day of our arrival. Cabin was great place for us to help make wonderful memories, there was plenty of room for all 6 of us. Just a few suggestions some type of storage/shelving to put while staying in the bathrooms. There was a racoon that paid us a visit on the back deck one night so we did bring the big trash can inside, because it did not have a lid. This did not affect our stay by all means but for future stays this may help others. Thanks for allowing us to stay at The Hideaway. Pool table and hot tub was nice for all to use.

Suiter (Mayfield, KY) - 04/02/2016   5/55/55/55/55/5

Had a great time was very clean and peaceful. The hot tub would have been ok if it would have been hotter it only got to body temperature.

Bev Gosney (Lancaster, OH) - 09/14/2015   5/55/55/55/55/5

We enjoyed staying at The Hideaway. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of walking in Pigeon Forge and hiking at Cade's Cove. My only suggestion would be for renters to be very careful backing out of the driveway as there is a telephone pole on the right side of the driveway that my son-in-law backed in to as we were checking out of the cabin which kind of ruined a nice trip. It looks like a lot of people have run into that so I would just make people aware....other than that...a great cabin!

Loved the location. Loved the cabin

christopher froggatt (zionsville, IN) - 10/24/2014   4/54/54/54/54/5

Had a fantastic four days in foot hills of the Smokies at the Hideaway. It has all the space we needed for myself and three teenage boys, the bunk beds were perfect, they loved the pool table and hot tub. We were out hiking every day but it would be a nice place to just hang out and chill, the view from balcony was nice and relaxing. Great time, would stay again!
