THE DESCRIPTION
Welcome to Bear Run Getaway, a spacious three-level cedar chalet tucked away on a peaceful wooded ridge near Gatlinburg’s famous Arts & Crafts Community. Accommodating up to 11 guests, this relaxing Smoky Mountain cabin offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms, multiple outdoor decks, a private hot tub, and plenty of entertainment for families and groups.
The main level features an inviting living area with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and an electric fireplace that creates a cozy atmosphere after a full day of exploring Gatlinburg. Warm wood interiors and cathedral ceilings add classic mountain character, while large windows bring the surrounding woodland scenery indoors. The fully equipped kitchen includes the appliances, cookware, and dining essentials needed to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner.
With bedrooms and bathrooms located across all three levels, guests can enjoy added privacy during their stay. The upper-level master bedroom features a log-framed king bed and a private bathroom. A twin trundle bed in the nearby loft provides additional sleeping space. The main-level bedroom offers another comfortable king bed and TV, while the lower level includes a twin-over-queen bunk room that is ideal for children, teens, or additional guests. A sleeper sofa provides even more flexibility for larger groups.
Head downstairs to the game room for a little friendly competition around the pool table or arcade games. Flat-screen TVs on every level make it easy for different members of the group to spread out, watch a movie, or relax between adventures. Wi-Fi and an in-cabin washer and dryer add everyday convenience throughout your vacation.

POLICIES:
Based on the choice of our owners, dogs are allowed in "pet-friendly" cabins only, no cats or any other animal. There is a $50 non-refundable pet fee for each pet. There is a maximum of 2 pets per pet-friendly cabin. Pet size is limited to 50lbs per pet. All pets must be leashed at all times or kenneled when left alone in the cabin. Pet owners are responsible for the cleaning up of any pet refuse. Pet fee does not cover additional cleaning that cabin may need after check-out; the guest is responsible for any extra cleaning charges. All pets must be up to date on vaccinations as well as flea and tick preventative medications. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. If a pet is found in any of our units that do not allow pets a fee of $250 will be charged to the guest, your reservation may be cancelled, and your party may be evicted without refund.
