THE DESCRIPTION
Welcome to Little River Lodge, a spacious riverfront retreat in Walland where the Little River flows right through the backyard and the Smoky Mountains rise beyond the trees. Designed for families and groups, this inviting lodge features five king bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a sleeper sofa, two separate living areas, and room for up to 12 guests.
Inside, hardwood floors and warm mountain-inspired details create a comfortable place to settle in after a day of exploring. The main gathering area features plenty of seating and a beautiful stone fireplace, while the kitchen and dining space make it easy to prepare meals and spend time together. A second living area and additional kitchen space give larger groups even more flexibility, making Little River Lodge especially well suited for multiple families or couples traveling together. With a king bed in every bedroom, guests can enjoy comfortable sleeping arrangements without bunk rooms. A full-size washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.
The outdoor setting is what truly makes Little River Lodge special. Covered river-facing porches provide several places to sit back, dine outside, and enjoy the sound of the water. The lower level also features a convenient outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after spending the day in the river. The Foothills Parkway and Great Smoky Mountains National Park are nearby, opening the door to scenic drives, hiking, wildlife viewing, Cades Cove, and countless outdoor adventures. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are also within reach for day trips filled with dining, shopping, shows, and attractions.

I think this version is much stronger than the first one because the videos reveal that this isn't just a five-bedroom river cabin—the two separate living/kitchen areas + five king beds + true riverfront backyard are legitimate differentiators.
