Very helpful with bear/garbage issue

The entire booking, payment, check in and out processes were clear and easy. The cabin was beautiful and just as described and in pictures. We loved our stay at Shagbark!

Had a little hiccup with vehicle registration but were very helpful on getting it fixed!

It was simple to book. Everything was explained well. Got a call when we got to cabin to let us know it was clean and was told to reach out if we needed anything. Overall a very easy process

We had no problems at all during our stay. Jesse was extremely helpful with our reservations and helping us find an alternate cabin when the the one we booked was taken off the program. Jesse even texted me to make sure we got our dates, payments etc.., in order because she was not going to be in the office the next day. I cannot say enough positive tho ha about her, and Tammy who called us to let us know we could have an early checkin. The cabin had beautiful views, and all the equipment we needed.

This is an extremely great house to stay in. Very comfortable and not a place you’re afraid of getting casually comfortable. Upper and lower decks are well furnished. We especially thrilled with the hanging chairs and hammock on the lower deck.

THE ONLY THING TO EXPECT IS A BEAUTIFUL HOME, and GREAT VIEWS!! The host were amazing.

This was our second year coming to this cabin, and it was just as great as last year. The views are spectacular, the cabin was clean, it had plenty of kitchen utensils for our meals in, the pool table was fun to use, and the hot tub was amazing! We are actually planning to rent again next year, as soon as we find the dates we want. Love this cabin and the company\'s service is amazing!

Had wonderful time. There was 12 of us and we all loved the cabin and the view was gorgeous. We were disappointed that we didn\'t see a bear but a cardinal came to visit us everyday. A lot of great memories were made.

The cabin was absolutely perfect! Beautiful view at the top of the mountain!! Exactly what we wanted. We had a momma bear and 4 cubs visit the cabin (cubs came up on the deck) one day. We had all the pots, pans, and dishes we needed to cook for the entire family!! LOVED this cabin and so did the rest of the family. Thanks for letting us rent the cabin and build memories with our children and grandchildren!!

Loved the cabin. The view is beautiful and we would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion is to get a better fan for the upstairs loft.

This was a solid 4 star experience for us. The mountain setting was wonderful. The cabin design and layout was superb, sleeping 8 of us easily and comfortably. But, as there were 10 of us for part of the time, reviews were less than stellar on the pullout sleepers that were serviceable at best. Great as sofas, not so much as sleeper-sofas. The owners did a wonderful job decorating the cabin top to bottom for the holidays, which was tastefully done and definitely put us in the Christmas spirit. Much needed: 1) Updated coffee maker that would more efficiently serve 8-10 coffee aficionados like us. 2) An updated toaster that had 4 vs. 2 slice capability. 3) A grill that heats up and works well. (For some reason, it did not.) The cutting board was warped which may not have been a big deal except that we were cooking for Thanksgiving and were chopping onions, shallots, mushrooms, peppers, garlic, etc. Not having a pantry was a challenge as we all brought in so much food to prepare/store. (We do understand that space doesn\'t allow for it.) We enjoyed the deck immensely, but the addition of a 4) fire pit would have enabled us to extend our enjoyment of it beyond sunset. The hot tub was a great plus. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool table. The washer/dryer was wonderful. And, as Georgia fans, we were grateful that you had Direct TV and the SEC network for \"Rivalry Weekend.\" All-in-all, this was a great experience and we would welcome a return stay. The few things mentioned could easily bump this up to a 5 star experience. (PS: We\'re probably much more attentive to detail as we own a condo on Ft. Walton Beach that we furnish & maintain for our guests throughout the year as well.) Thank you!

Third visit to this cabin. Love it!!! best view ever!! Hot tub was wonderful. Internet seemed to be faster!! Kids liked the toys. Son-in-laws said to return to this cabin. Will set up family reunion #4 at this cabin for next Oct/Nov, depends on UT football and pregnancies. :)

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Living on Mountain Time! It was even better than pictures! We wanted for nothing staying at the cabin. It was secluded enough, quiet and peaceful but still just a short drive to town. It was spacious enough for six adults and we would love to go back. It was everything we had hoped for.

Our family stayed for the holiday weekend & loved it! It’s a beautiful home with beautiful views. The cabin was clean & staff was very friendly & helpful. We would love to go back soon.

Living on Mountain Time was a beautiful cabin. Very well kept, clean, and nicely decorated. Fit 11 of us for a family vacation. Kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfy.

This cabin was everything we imagined it to be. It was very clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room to fit nine people comfortably. The cabin was in a great location where there was no traffic Which made it very peaceful. We would deff stay here again. If I had to ask for one thing to change it would be to cut a few off the trees surrounding the deck so you could have a beautiful Mountain Dew but other then that it was wonderful.

We have been coming to the Smokies for 25 years, having stayed in 10 or so cabins in Shagbark with Summit. This cabin is perfect in every way, one of the best we've had. Thank You to the owners for all the details done so great! As always Thanks to Kelly and Debbie at Summit !!! See ya in June or October!

We loved our stay at the cabin! It was really hard to leave. We rented it for the Eclipse 2017 and could see 99.98% totality from our porch. The cabin was very clean and came with sheets and towels, which we really appreciated. The only thing we had trouble with was the dishwasher. After running it, we would open and the compartment with the soap never opened, so we'd have to run it again. The beds were really comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

we had a good time it would have been nice to have a chair in the bedroom and the bed on main floor was way to high maybe a step would help to get in bed this has been second time we have stayed a t summit cabin we also stayed at paradise point and always happy but has nerve got a discount

After looking at about 100+ cabins, my future hubby and I finally decided on this one for our private wedding. We were soooo happy that we chose this place. To start, the cabin and the view is GORGEOUS! Our wedding guests could not stop talking about how AMAZING the place was, so a big win for picking the PERFECT spot! The cabin itself was well stocked with all the essentials even though we had planned ahead and brought extra items we thought we might need for our extended stay. There was definitely enough space for all our guests (sleeps 12 very comfortably). In addition, there were plenty of activities to keep our guests entertained. The two huge decks, pool table and hot tub were a huge PLUS, along with access to the resort pool. The view from the top deck is BREATHTAKING and we even turned off all the lights and enjoyed just looking at the stars the first night. We chose this place as the perfect location for our private wedding. We had our ceremony on the bottom deck which had a nice large open space on the back side for our wedding arch and guests. The cabin also had a grill and a well stocked kitchen that allowed us to have a cookout and mini reception afterwards. And finally, after reading reviews about bear sightings, we can totally CONFIRM, we did have a BEAR actually come visit us about 4 hrs before our wedding! It was AMAZING, it was a juvenile who wandered over around our cars while we were grilling out at about 3pm-ish in the afternoon. He popped on by to give us his congratulations and allowed us to get great pics of him. He even decided to climb on top of the hood of the Best Man\'s car and pose for a pic!!! (no damage to car btw lol :D). It was INCREDIBLE and a once-in-a-lifetime experience and such a blessing for us on our wedding day. It was the only time we saw him our entire stay but we feel fortunate for such a memorable experience! Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to celebrate our first wedding in your home, it will definitely be remembered! One of the best and blessed experiences that we have had visiting the Smoky Mountains. Our stay worth family here was very heart warming and one of the most comfortable stays we have had in a cabin. We enjoyed our girls weekend getaway at your beautifully decorated spacious mountain home! We spent our mornings on the deck drinking coffee and enjoyed the wonderful view. And our evenings winding down in the main room by the fireplace! This was the perfect place for a weekend of relaxation and reminiscing with great friends!

Been to 4 different cabins but this is our favorite! We do this yearly. Our treat to our ids and grand kids. The son in laws voted for this one next year! We have to match it with an away UT game:)

Livin On Mountain Time is our third cabin we've rented thru Summit Cabin Rentals and it is a beautiful cabin like the others. The view of the mountains is amazing while relaxing in the hot tub. The cabin is well stocked for cooking meals. The drive up is a little scary and the parking can accommodate several cars. Thank you for sharing your cabin and we can't wait to come back for our next Smoky Mt. getaway.

What an amazing family cabin! Everthing we expected and more! We celebrated family time and joined as one with a beautiful wedding at the local falls! Many memories made! We will be back for sure! The view up there is absolutely wonderful! We wanted all week to see a bear and the morning of our wedding we finally saw one. The kids were super excited, thanks for allowing us into your beautiful home!

Really nice being up in the mountains. Only thing that would make this cabin better is tvs in each bedroom.

We have always done beach vacations, and we brought our 4 kids to this beautiful cabin where we became a blended family after our wedding at "Almost Heaven." We then enjoyed your beautiful cabin and a great vacation for all with Dollywood, The Track, Goats on the Roof, and fantastic dining. We grilled out, NO BEARS. Had a fun evening in the hot tub. Kids loved it!

What a wonderful experience! We vacation in Tennessee every summer- twice per summer, and this was the best cabin we've rented thus far. Beautiful and clean. And so nicely decorated. How refreshing to see decor that is NOT a black bear. (Grin) Thanks for the memories made here. (And so well-stocked! Perfect!)

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin! There was plenty of room, and we loved the decor. Unfortunately, we didn't see any bears, but we did see some turkeys. Some of our favorite moments were going to Cades Cove, riding the coaster at Goats on the Roof, walking around Gatlinburg, and relaxing at the cabin. Thank you for sharing this beautiful cabin with us. We hope to come back again soon.

We were very pleased with this cabin. It met and actually exceeded every expectation we had. It was beautiful. The view was amazing and it was big enough for us and all of our adult children who were with us. Well stocked and had everything we needed to make our stay a memorable one. We have been coming for 25 years and always choose a different place to stay and this is my favorite so far .

This was a perfect retreat for our family. Everything was tastefully decorated for fall. It was very homey, no bears!!! We enjoyed Cades Cove and Gatlinburg. Lots of "Ghosts and Goblins" on the streets. The view of the cabin was wonderful. Owners paid extra attention to detail. The pictures online do not do this justice...would love to return!

A huge black bear was on the deck and moved to the front porch. A bear trail is right next to the cabin. We did not cook outside, nor did we leave food in the car. It came, and it went.
