The Emory house location is perfect and it is very well equipped for a big family as mine. On the other hand there are fantastic amenities to enjoy the house if you prefer to stay at home, there was stuff for all ages. We enjoyed a lot our stay here and for sure will rent it again when going back to Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg

We (leaders and students) LOVED our stay at Emory House. Each year, I take my students on a Fall Retreat to either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Emory House has a great location...located about 5 minutes from Pigeon Forge. It is located in a wooded area and has spacious parking that easily accommodated our 15 passenger van and minibus. The property has multiple spaces for free time for our group. The students loved the outdoor space/playground and zip line area. We all enjoyed the screened-in porch, large din and dining area, which provided the space needed for the 24 of us to gather for our large group sessions. The students especially enjoyed the game room and the guys and girls enjoyed taking turns in the hot tub. The property was clean, nicely furnished and had a kitchen that worked well for our large group. Each of the bedrooms would accommodate kids, teenagers or adults with the exception of the bunk room. The bunk room technically sleeps 6 individuals, however this room is best suited for kids or younger teens as it has two single bunk beds and a single trundle under each bunk. Floor space is limited once the trundles are out. Everyone I interacted with at Summit Cabin Rentals was friendly, professional and took care of any questions or issues that popped up. My main interactions were with Jessie. Recommendations, but not complaints: The unit could use some extra blankets. Some of the bar stool backs need tightening/wiggle. Also, the bar stools are top heavy and we had numerous instance where they toppled over when people, myself included, stood up.

The house was perfect for us and beautifully clean and tidy when we arrived. We think we were possibly the stress test for this house, as we had 11 adults, and 13 children, 11 of whom were under age five. The house survived us! And the children survived the house. It couldn't have been more perfect: The rooms were ideal, with one for each set of parents, and a bunk room for the cousins to share. The kids played on the playground every minute they could and also loved the Cub Playhouse and the porch swing. We were able to gather the whole family on the porch, and around the fire, and in the living room. Every place we needed to put people, the house accommodated us. The decorations are perfect and childproof. The laundry is ideally placed. We didn't actually use the pack and plays, but they are there. We did use the high chairs, which are sturdy and safe and easy to use. Truly, everything we could possibly need was there. We enjoyed our week SO MUCH and highly recommend Emory House and Summit Cabin Rentals for large families with lots of kids. Thank you so much! --Laura Biggs

Great location, good room configurations, host thought of all the details! Only suggestion would be to have better cutting boards, nicer knives and some tongs. Otherwise, couldn’t have wanted for more! The playground provided much entertainment!!

This stay was Absolutely Amazing! The code was incorrect that was emailed to me prior but the day of, I just called Summit Cabins and received the correct one, no problems. When I say everything thing you can think of it was there. My family and I had a ball making such great memories. The game room as well as the mini playground (which included a zip line) was a great deal for the kids and adults. Looking to book again next year. The rooms where spacious. FYI. If you don't like AC choose room #1, that room tends to be warmer while all the other rooms are freezing😂😂

Beautiful home with everything we needed!

We had 8 adults and 7 kids under the age of 12 for a family reunion. There was plenty of space for everyone to come together and to have privacy. The house was convenient to all the fun activities close by. We appreciated having a ginger where we could cook and be comfortable, and the playground was a big hit with the kids!

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. Check in was easy and effortless. The condo was clean and spacious. We had a group of 19 adults and we had plenty of space. We had an issue with a breaker being tripped and could not locate the breaker box. Maintenance came out and took care of it for us. We will be back to rent from summit again!

Loved the rental. I also loved being able to complete all of my paperwork online and just arriving at the house. My family cannot wait to return!

Superb!! Magnificent!! Perfect!! From beginning to end, everything was smooth and excellent. The house was exactly how it was described. It was like a home away from home. It was located in a perfect area close to all of the attractions. The additional service to help with planning the activities put the icing on the cake and made our stay extra special.

Absolutely beautiful and clean place to stay! We had alot of people and there was plenty of space and plenty of rooms! And the backyard playground was perfect for all of our little kids! Will stay here again!

Spent 5 days here at the Emory House for my wife’s birthday/Valentine’s trip. Our party of 14 had a wonderful time. House had more than enough room to accommodate all of us. We really enjoyed ourselves.

This house was truly amazing! The space, big rooms, nicely decorated and again so much room! Our only issue was ants and the hot tub. There were ants downstairs in the bathrooms and the sink by the bar. There were quite a bit of them. The hot tub buttons were very hard to read and we never could get the temperature to get it comfortable to really enjoy the hot tub. Other than that the stay was perfect!!!

Emory house is the perfect location and exceptionally clean. Playground was great for littles. Plenty of seating and well stocked. We were excited that there was a Christmas tree in the home for our holiday visit! Easy check in and out. Plenty of space and enough bathrooms to make it comfy for different families. Good communication from summit rentals prior to our stay. Our only issue was that the fireplace wouldn’t work but luckily it was 65 degrees in December so we were fine without it. It was lovely and I would recommend!

This home is truly beautiful! I will definitely come back in the future! There were so many things to do in the house (pool table, jacuzzi, merry-go-round, etc). Also the house is near a lot of attractions! Perfect location!

The Emory House was great it really can accommodate 25 people plenty of room. Beautiful inside and out . Only complaint i have is the advertising says it comes with activities tickets for places like Dollywood and other places but they only give you 1 ticket and we had 25 people, and we didn\'t see any bears😂. Other than great choice and I don\'t think it\'s any reflection on the owner of Emory House looking forward to going back

This house was very nice and spacious only thing was the pollen on the outside furniture looks like it hasn’t been cleaned and the outdoors area just needed a lil cleaning up from all the spider webs and pollen but other than that this house was very reasonable and very spacious

We came up with 12 other adults and 8 kids and had a absolute blast! There was more than enough room for everyone ! Not much of a view but the screened porches were relaxing to sit on especially at night. The fact it was just minutes away from town but still had the \"country feel\" was a plus. The house is stocked and ready for just about anything you would need for a vacation away from home. My family definitely looks forward to staying again soon!

Beautiful House!! There were 10 adults & 5 children in our party. There was enough space for every one to spread out while still enjoying family time. The house was well stocked & pretty much had everything that we needed. We\'re already planning for next year.
